The Music Hall Of Fame is the states official music museum. It is located in Macon, Georgia where many artist launched their careers. James Brown, Otis Redding, Curtis Mayfield are among the artist honored at the Macon Music Hall Of Fame.
The Music Hall Of fame occupies 43,000 square feet of space. Over 450 artist are represented in the exhibits. Videos, Musical Instruments and Performance Costumes of many artist are on public display
A children's wing called the Music Factory provides hands on exhibits. Kids are encouraged to play the instruments in this section. There is have a recording studio where you can practice recording your original songs. Lots of drums and percussion instruments in this section also. Want to record a bongo tune? Or just drum out a new tune?
There's also a real stage where Kids can practice their craft or maybe just entertain friends.
